Arun Bose, owner and head chef, has over 25 years experience in the hospitality industry in India and Australia. He has won numerous awards and accolades all through his career but considers customer satisfaction as his greatest reward.

While Arun manages the culinary aspect of the business, wife Susmita is in charge of the smooth running of the restaurant. Together, they ensure everything comes together to give you a 'complete restaurant' experience.
